The BEST place to get good experienced moving help is from a moving and storage company. Call your favorite one and speak to the local dispatcher to arrange for either a loading helper or a lumper.

But if you're moving in the summer time, be sure to call well in advance of your move, at least 2-4 weeks. And my advice is to try to schedule your move for around the middle of the month. End of the month moving is EXTREMELY busy in the summertime.
