BINDING ESTIMATE

A Binding Estimate is a guaranteed fixed amount that you will pay for your move.

This moving cost quote pertains to the services listed on the estimate. And it does not matter if the shipment weight is more or less than what is quoted.

Of course, if you add more items or services to the shipment than what is originally listed, then this cost quote is not valid. The moving company quotes only what is listed.

Also, the moving company can charge more if additional services are required to deliver your shipment, and you did not inform your salesperson of the destination situation.

For example if a shuttle is required at destination, or you are not ready for your shipment and it must be placed in storage, there will be additional charges.

If additional services are required, you may be asked to sign an addendum.
